My cousin (also a close friend) has just entered into a brand new house and we are visiting her this weekend. I need suggestions for a gift for Housewarming, probably no more than 30.00. Im seeking something a little different that the candles, or a frame. Thank you!

I would take her a lovely basket of fresh flowers to grace her new home.
you could get her a blanket
I shop alot at qvc and they have great prices…you can slo search their site for price ranges which helps.
If she likes animals how about a dog or cat?
Hope i could help ^-^
I once got a present for housewarming - a very cool wine bottle opener. I since love to open wine, although I don’t drink it…
Just a thought.
The best housewarming gift would be a gift card to her favorite store. That way she can buy whatever she wants and needs.
You can buy gift cards at Walmart or Target in any amount you want. They can also put the gift card in a little box with a ribbon on top if you choose.
Or you can put the gift card inside a greeting card and seal it with an envelope.
Anybody who receives gift cards will love you for them.
Plants are always nice gifts. I have an aloe vera plant at home that sprouts new plants every year. Makes a great housewarming gift because it doesn’t need much water, it’s hard to kill and it’s useful in the kitchen if they get burned! AND it’s free!
a gift card, that way she can get what she needs.
I think a basket full of goodies are nice - maybe some different flavored coffee/teas with a couple of coffee mugs and maybe some cup towels, if you know the color of their kitchen. Things like that just seem to say that you spent some time and thought on it. Or if their kitchen has some type of theme - go with a themed basket.
you can always see what she needs or
just get her a gift card and let her buy her what
she wants.
I don’t know her personality, but i will give you my previouse situation: My best friend LOVES anything lepord print, So went shopping for all the lepord print items I could find.
If that doesn’t help, maybe try and find a sweepstake or something for an interior designer, or something, but your right, you want your gift to be original. Good Luck
Here you go. It’s safe, I promise. It’s a Santa figurine, that says a happy hello, and then turns around and moons you. Motion activated.
Toaster, blender, small kitchen grill, coasters, any utensils that she might be missing. Something useful & something that is often needed but many times over-looked when someone first moves to a different place.
A nice bottle of wine! You can find nice ones for under $30 - or a welcome mat.
get her gift vouchers for a store that she favours, that way if there is something that she wants but can’t afford, it’l go towards it!
a rhododendrum shrub for the garden. or something similar. when we bought our home 20 years ago a friend bought us a japanese maple tree.
she passed away a few years later, but gosh, that tree is still there, standing strong, and keeping watch over our home, and everytime i see it i smile ’cause i think of her and the happiness she brought to my life.
it was the best gift i have ever received!
Movie tickets!
When all else fails, alcohol usually works best!
There are lots of great housewarming ideas here and you should be able to find a store near you on this site too. I’m in the process of moving into my own home and I’ve gotten a lot of things from Williams-Sonoma…it’s wonderful! Good luck and congratulations to your cousin!
any thing you like and she uses.
web cam; camera and so on.
A wheelbarrel !!
Every home owner can use a wheelbarrel yet not many think of giving as a gift!!
A plant or a nice bouquet of flowers.
